Field Location: Sukkur - Multan Motorway
Responsible for the performance of the Section Supervisors.
Guides and coordinates the assembly, delivery, training, warranty service of equipment with the end-user.
Controls and monitors operation of machines, maintenance and repair procedures and parts stock position.
Responsible for maintaining good business relations and networking with Principals / suppliers and customers.
Ensuring that payments from the end-users are made by the due date.
Responsible for recruiting the right kind of resources required to increase productivity.
Ensures frequent trainings to machine operators, supervisors and technicians to effectively use and maintain the machines as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
Uses effective tools to motivate team to deliver high level of performance.
Makes suggestions for improving the service & parts availability to meet customer needs and deadlines and minimizing machines downtime
Contributes in the development and preparation of customer service procedures, policies and standards as required.
Visits the different locations to advise on the proper usage of machines, investigates and resolves complex or long standing problems while maintaining a record of entire correspondence.
Ensures proper and effective utilization of services vehicles, tools and service manuals.
Ensure optimum stock of parts in the section warehouse and their replenishment.
Responsible for financial control of salaries, fuel, food, vehicle repair and other expenses.
Job Specification
Age Group: 40 - 50 years
Education: Engineering Graduate / B.Tech. / Automotive Engineering Qualifications
Experience: 15 20 years experience in similar function. In-depth understanding of the service aspects of heavy equipment, possesses understanding of inventory controls, stocking levels, seasonal inventory and costs of operation and maintenance and spare parts ordering experience,
Important Personal Attributes: Ability to work under tough conditions, effective communication and interpersonal skills, mature outlook, team player, a proven proactive solution, financial skills, expense control, discipline to implement systems in the department. Good physical health.
