To ensure efficient and effective management of the activities carried out by the workshop. To apply tools and principles for problem solving and process improvement to achieve job role specially using diagnostic tools by reading/studying electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams. To carry out major overhauling and maintenance of engines, transmissions and hydraulic systems of customers’ machines. To handle customer complaints, provide prompt service and minimize response time Supervise and provide on-the-job training for the Mechanics, Technicians and concerned staff. Assist management to improve cost effectiveness. To locate and purchase compatible and required quality parts from the local market when the same are not available in the stock. To make sure the reports are prepared and sent to the Section Supervisor on a regular basis Maintain complete workshop customers’ record Ensure proper Security and Safety of machines in the workshop
Age Group: 35 - 40 years Education: B.Tech., Diploma Holder Experience: 8 15 years’ experience of a good company in Service and Maintenance Management Important Personal Attributes: Communication skills, Management and Leadership abilities, Interpersonal skills, Good Listener, Good at cost control.
