Field Location: Sukkur - Multan Motorway

Responsible for assisting in controlling, tracking and storing parts and tools as per established procedures.
Maintain all documentation of routine dispatched / issued materials to the workshop, maintenance and repair site and issuance of parts to the
service department personnel
Involved in indexing parts, proper maintenance of records and other materials available in the store
Stocks all items in such a manner that the goods can easily be located and accounted for.
Assists in maintaining accurate record of stocks as per the established dep’t procedures
Assists in updating documentation of dispatched goods on daily basis as per the laid out instructions for accurate reconciliation of stock items
Carries out physical verification of the goods received.
Update monthly parts statistics and other related reports for reconciliation
Coordinates with Parts Dept, Karachi regarding dispatch of parts.
Maintains an efficient system for parts and tools tracking

Age Group: 25 30 years.
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 3 6 years of working experience in Store of spare parts in a reputable organization, good knowledge of stock inventory practices, knowledge of indexing system and computer knowledge
Personal Attributes: Planning and Organizing, pleasant personality, team worker, good communication skills, ability to prioritize work, disciplined and time management skills.
