Sales Executive

Stellar Minore is a company that serves as a product team for hire. We work with organizations as their technology partner to make their minor stars glow brighter.

Are you a sales rockstar? We're looking for a female Sales Executive, fluent in English and with a deep passion for communication. If you enjoy engaging with people then this role is for you! In this role you'll interface with clients over phone calls and email. Your primary job is just making people feel comfortable using friendly conversation as your weapon of choice!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns, follow-ups, and to gather feedback
• Send engaging emails to manage leads and customer queries
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Nurture and own leads across the sales cycle
• Maintain customer interaction records in our CRM system
• Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• The ability multitask and to work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge with Hubspot (or equivalent) experience preferred
