Digital Marketing / Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution across all platforms. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through compelling content and strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate is both analytical and imaginative, with a strong pulse on current trends and platform algorithms.

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Set KPIs for social growth, engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Content Creation & Management

• Create and manage engaging, on-brand content (graphics, captions, videos, etc.).
• Oversee content calendars for consistent posting across platforms.
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for cross-channel consistency.

Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Monitor platform performance and adjust content based on insights and analytics.

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
• Cultivate an active and positive online community.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Influencer & Partnership Collaboration
• Identify, engage, and manage influencers or brand partners for collaborations.
• Oversee user-generated content (UGC) initiatives and contests.

Paid Campaigns (Optional)

• Plan and manage paid social campaigns (in coordination with performance marketing, if applicable).
• A/B test creatives and copy to optimize ad performance.
