Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Representatives to join our team for the ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation 4) campaign – a UK government-backed energy efficiency initiative. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential UK customers over the phone, qualify them based on scheme eligibility, and generate leads for free home energy upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to UK-based households regarding the ECO4 energy efficiency scheme
Identify eligible customers by asking qualifying questions (based on income, benefits, property type, etc.)
Clearly explain the benefits of the scheme and how it helps improve energy efficiency
Generate high-quality leads and forward them to the assessment team
Accurately maintain call logs and customer records
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
Follow compliance and quality assurance protocols
Requirements & Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent spoken English (British accent is a plus)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Minimum 6 months of telesales or call center experience (preferably in UK campaigns)
Basic understanding of customer service and lead generation
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
