We are currently expanding our performance marketing team and seeking a talented CRO Expert to take ownership of landing page performance and conversion optimization strategies for our growing client portfolio.

Position Overview:

As a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Expert, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of landing pages used in high-volume paid advertising campaigns across various channels. This role demands a creative yet data-driven mindset to design, test, and optimize digital experiences that convert. You will work closely with our Paid Media, SEO, and Creative teams to deliver measurable improvements in lead quality and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Landing Pages: Create visually compelling, mobile-responsive, and high-converting landing pages tailored to specific services and geographic locations.

Write Conversion-Focused Copy: Develop persuasive headlines, body content, and CTAs that resonate with the target audience, especially within the home improvement industry.

Implement Using HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Independently code and deploy landing pages with minimal development support, using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, or custom frameworks.

Run A/B & Multivariate Testing: Plan and execute experiments to validate creative and UX hypotheses, then analyze results to inform future tests.

Analyze User Behavior & Funnels: Use platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, and Looker Studio to identify friction points and opportunities across the conversion funnel.

Collaborate Across Teams: Align with Paid Media and SEO teams to ensure landing pages are fully optimized for both paid traffic and search intent.

Maintain Testing Roadmap: Prioritize and execute an ongoing calendar of testing initiatives based on user data and emerging trends.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in CRO, digital performance marketing, or landing page optimization

Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS and familiarity with JavaScript

Proficiency in platforms such as Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, or similar

Proven copywriting skills with a strong understanding of direct response techniques

Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, behavioral psychology, and conversion funnels

Skilled in analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Looker Studio, etc.

Data-driven, analytical thinker with strong decision-making capabilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in home services or the lead generation industry

Familiarity with conversion APIs and tagging strategies

Experience working alongside Paid Ads teams for performance-driven results
