Position Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor with a strong sense of visual storytelling and performance-driven creativity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling static and video content that fuels our ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms.

You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and Media Buyer to turn concepts into high-performing visual assets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital ad dynamics, and is passionate about creating content that captures attention and drives conversions.

Responsibilities:

Design static ad creatives including banners, carousels, display ads, and thumbnails.

Edit short-form video ads (5–30 seconds) for Meta and Google paid campaigns.

Create compelling visuals using motion graphics, animated text, and branded overlays.

Adapt designs for different ad placements, devices, and formats.

Work collaboratively with media buyers and copywriters to iterate on ad angles and messaging.

Maintain an organized library of templates, branded assets, and creative files.

Analyze performance data to refine and optimize visuals based on results.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally for digital advertising.

Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Strong understanding of ad design principles for Meta and Google platforms.

Experience creating content tailored for performance marketing (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.).

Detail-oriented with strong visual and creative instincts.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work within a fast-paced team environment.

Willingness to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with DTC brands or digital agencies.

Familiarity with creative testing and analyzing ad performance.

Ability to storyboard or pitch creative ideas visually.

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
