We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in IT services and an understanding of the North American market (USA and Canada). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals related to web development, SEO, branding, cloud services, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA and Canada
Promote and sell Maxtech Solutions' full suite of IT services
Create proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Stay updated with market trends and competitors
Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Proven sales experience in the IT services sector
Familiarity with services like web development, cloud solutions, managed IT, and digital marketing
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Understanding of North American client expectations and business culture
CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)
Self-driven and target-oriented
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in international IT services
