What you’ll be doing
Leaders BPO is a located in Rawalpindi, specializing in telecommunications solutions. We aim to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement through exceptional business process outsourcing services. As we expand our team, we are seeking fresh graduates for the role of Night Sale Closer in our accounting sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for sales purposes.
- Effectively communicate product offerings and benefits to clients.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve nightly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize for improved sales outcomes.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
