Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers including contractors, builders, consultants, and industrial clients.
Promote and sell UPVC & PPRC pipes by presenting product benefits, technical details, and pricing.
Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up on proposals.
Meet sales targets and generate revenue as per monthly and quarterly goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Coordinate with the logistics and technical team to ensure timely product delivery and support.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and site visits to expand the client base and network.
Maintain sales records, client databases, and daily reporting to management.
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of UPVC, PPRC, and other piping systems used in plumbing and MEP works.
Sales Expertise:
Proven ability to identify leads, pitch products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Market Awareness:
Familiarity with local construction trends, client needs, and competitor products.
Negotiation Skills:
Ability to handle pricing, credit terms, and delivery negotiations confidently.
Client Relationship Management:
Skilled in maintaining and growing long-term business relationships.
Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage field visits, and meet sales targets within deadlines.
Technical Presentation:
Capability to deliver product demos and explain technical specifications to clients.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with logistics, technical, and back-office teams for seamless service.
