Senior Upwork Bidder

Target: Secure $5,000–6,000/month in projects

Salary: Up to PKR 100,000/month + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft high-conversion, customized proposals for high-value projects.
• Identify and analyze quality leads to prioritize opportunities.
• Lead client negotiations, calls, and deal closures.
• Strategize to maximize revenue growth and client retention.

Who We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in Upwork bidding (3+ years for Senior*).

Exceptional English communication (written & verbal).

Strategic mindset with strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Familiarity with Upwork’s ecosystem, CRM tools, and lead-tracking software.
