Job Description for Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients across various industries to generate interest in our digital marketing services. Your goal will be to schedule appointments for our BDMs to discuss how we can help their businesses thrive online.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to a targeted list of potential clients
Introduce our digital marketing services and assess the interest level of prospects
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services
Schedule appointments for the BDMs and maintain an organized calendar
Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and follow-up activities
Collaborate with the BDMs to provide feedback on lead quality and improve outreach strategies
Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build understanding with prospects.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude in handling rejection.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
