Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding:
Search and analyze daily job postings on Upwork & Fiverr.
Submit competitive and customized proposals for relevant projects.
Use strategic keywords, project tags, and categories to optimize visibility.
Maintain a daily target for bidding/submissions.
-Client Interaction:
Initiate and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
Understand project requirements and clarify details through messages or calls.
Schedule and participate in discovery calls or project discussions if needed.
Negotiate pricing and timelines within company guidelines.
-Lead Conversion:
Follow up on submitted proposals to improve conversion rates.
Convert leads into successful deals and pass them to the production team.
Maintain a record of active proposals, leads, and closed deals.
-Communication & Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on bidding activities, wins, and prospects.
Coordinate with the team to gather technical inputs when needed.
Update CRM or spreadsheets to track pipeline status and communication history.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in bidding or client acquisition on Upwork and/or Fiverr.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Ability to understand and explain technical services (e.g., web design, development, SEO, etc.).
-Strong interpersonal skills for client handling and negotiations.
