We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketer to manage and execute our social media strategy across platforms, with a strong focus on Metaβs ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate is experienced in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and ad performance tools such as the Ads Library. You will be responsible for content planning, ad creation, monthly calendars, and detailed performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Plan, create, and publish content across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor engagement and manage community interaction across platforms.
Advertising & Campaign Management
Create and manage ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager.
Conduct competitive ad analysis using the Facebook Ads Library.
Optimize ad spend and audience targeting to meet KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics for both organic and paid content.
Generate monthly performance reports detailing key insights, trends, and actionable improvements.
Use insights to refine strategy and inform future content and campaign decisions.
Collaboration
Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing leadership.
Coordinate campaigns with broader digital marketing and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing, especially with Facebook and Instagram.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
Familiarity with the Meta Ads Library and its application for competitor analysis.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
Ability to create and maintain structured monthly content calendars and reporting documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and content strategy.
