We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on outbound communication, building customer relationships, and achieving predefined targets related to customer engagement, retention, and/or sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable with outbound calling, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide support, follow-ups, or promote products/services.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g., call volume, conversion rate, retention, upselling).
Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized solutions.
Handle customer objections effectively and turn inquiries into opportunities.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service.
Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and improvement areas.
Follow scripts, sales pitches, or service protocols as needed while maintaining a natural and customer-friendly tone.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or sales are a plus.
Proven experience in outbound customer service, telemarketing, or a sales support role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or call center systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
