Tax Call Agent (Night Shift) 2

We're seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Tax Call Agent to communicate with the IRS and state departments to resolve tax notices. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your excellent English communication skills to effectively negotiate and resolve tax-related issues.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to IRS and state departments to resolve tax notices

- Communicate effectively with tax authorities to resolve client tax issues

- Document and update client records with call outcomes

- Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken English skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in finance/accounting/taxation (having a finance degree is a plus, but not required)

Location: Mansehra

Job Timing:

- Night shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
