Job Summary:

Asma Textile is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Fabric Inspection Officer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting fabric inspections by visiting multiple knitting and dyeing units to ensure our quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit knitting and dyeing units to inspect finished and semi-finished fabrics.

Identify and report any defects, color inconsistencies, or quality issues.

Verify that fabrics meet specified standards for GSM, width, colorfastness, and other technical parameters.

Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit findings to the quality control department.

Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns.

Ensure compliance with company quality guidelines and customer specifications.

Maintain inspection records and documentation for internal audits.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in fabric inspection or textile quality control.

Knowledge of different fabric types, knitting structures, and dyeing processes.

Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection sites.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel regularly to different textile units.

Education:

Intermediate and above.
