We are seeking a highly experienced Director/Deputy Director Administration with at least 8 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence and diversity in education.

- Oversee administrative operations and ensure alignment with university goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage resources, budgeting, and resource allocation within the domain of administration like a. Transport. b. Horticulture. c. Officers Mess, Tea Bars, Cafeterias, Canteen. d. Protocol Office. e. Telephone Exchange. f. Hostels and Accommodation. g. Printing Press. h. Buildings and Roads. i. Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning System (HVAC). j. Water, Electricity, Sui-Gas. k. Maintenance Support Workshop. l. Maintenance Store. m. Main Office, Central Registry Section. n. To process the cases of hiring of accommodation and payment of rent etc in respect of University officers, staff; o. TA/DA claim of officers and staff of University, .
- Collaborate across departments to promote a cohesive work culture and support university initiatives.
- Handle compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
- Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administration to address concerns and foster partnerships.

Job Specifications

At least 16 years of education and 10 years of relevant experience with an Higher Education Institution (HEI) are essential.
