User Acquisition Expert

We are expanding: Hiring User Acquisition Experts at Pentabit Labs, Ozi group
Location: Arfa Karim Tower, Lahore

What You’ll Do:
Own and drive user acquisition strategy across channels (organic, paid, partnerships, etc.)
Run and optimize paid campaigns on different Ad platforms
Define product vision, roadmap, and growth KPIs
Collaborate with design & marketing for high-converting visual experiences
Innovate landing pages, onboarding flows, and retention strategies
Work closely with developers to implement features and growth tools

You Should Have:
3+ years of experience as a Growth Marketer or similar role
Proven success in user acquisition and growth marketing
Strong design sense — color, layout, UI/UX intuition
