Executive Assistant/PA Role
About the Role
MK Tech Solutions is looking for a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant who will act as the right hand to our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for executive-level administrative support and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executives’ calendars and schedule meetings, reminders, and events
Draft, format, and send internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
Coordinate meeting agendas, and presentations
Prepare reports, documents, and follow-up communications
Handle confidential information with discretion
Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Take initiative to follow up on pending tasks and help organize executive priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant (minimum 2-3 year preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom/Google Meet, and email platforms
Comfortable working environment
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid (Office located in Clifton, Karachi)
Employees are expected to work from the office 2–3 days a week. Remote flexibility available based on project requirements.
