Job Description:
Reality One Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team for our premium project located in DHA Phase 6 Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for residential and commercial properties in DHA Phase 6.
Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Organize and attend site visits, client meetings, and open houses to present the project.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate buyers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and lead generation activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or business development (DHA or high-end projects preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for property sales and client relationship building.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
