The role involves outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. to offer life insurance plans tailored for seniors. The job is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or anyone looking to build a career in sales and customer service within the BPO/call center industry. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken)
• Confident and motivated to achieve sales targets
• Comfortable with night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Minimum education: Matric or above
• Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior call center or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be punctual, professional, and goal-oriented
