Synapse Lab is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Inbound Telecom Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves handling inbound calls from international clients, providing telecom product information, addressing customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from potential customers in a professional manner.
- Provide information about telecom products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM).
- O/A Levels or Intermediate qualification minimum.
