Job Responsibility:
- Follow communication scripts to ensure clear and effective responses.
- Identify customer needs and seize opportunities to upsell with persuasive, clear communication.
- Manage calls in a timely and efficient manner, staying focused and goal-driven.
- Job Requirements:
- Fluency in english and an accent similar to the native speakers.
- Can persuade and sale product to the native english speakers.
- Previous telesales experience is preferred but not required – fresh candidates with excellent English are encouraged to apply!
- The candidate should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
Job Offerings:
Starting basic Salary : 50k(fixed) + commissions
