Job Title: HR Assistant Intern
Location: DHA Phase 6 Khayaban-e-shahbaz
Duration: 6 months
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Executive
Compensation: Paid [ 15k-20k]

Timings: 12pm- 6pm

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment tasks including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and help update internal databases.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Participate in special projects or HR-related research as assigned.

Job Specification

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Have worked in a call centre before as an agent or any other role for good understanding of call centre environment. ( preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
