Reports To: HR Manager / HR Executive
Compensation: Paid [ 15k-20k]
Timings: 12pm- 6pm
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment tasks including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documents and organizing orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and help update internal databases.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Participate in special projects or HR-related research as assigned.

Requirements & Skills
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Have worked in a call centre before as an agent or any other role for good understanding of call centre environment. ( preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
