Key Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing & Prospecting: Use platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, and Clay to identify and enrich target accounts based on ideal customer profiles across supply chain, IT, and operations functions.
Outbound Campaign Execution: Build and manage multi-step outbound sequences via tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Lead Qualification & Meeting Scheduling: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, evaluate solution fit, and schedule discovery meetings for the Sales team.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, lead statuses, and scheduled meetings in CRM; ensure data hygiene and track performance KPIs.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously test and refine email content, subject lines, and workflows to improve open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and sales to align messaging, share feedback, and improve lead quality.
