Sales and Marketing Executive- Chemicals
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our chemicals sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemicals industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals (if applicable)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and Supply chain
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of chemicals or related industry
- Strong understanding of chemical industry trends, products, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Bsc or advanced degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
