About the Role:
We are looking for proactive, skilled Virtual Assistants with experience in digital marketing to join our growing marketing agency. You will be working directly with our clients in the United States, managing digital tasks and supporting their online marketing efforts during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day digital marketing tasks for clients
Assist with social media management (content scheduling, engagement, basic graphics)
Run and monitor email marketing campaigns
Help manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads – depending on experience)
Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
Conduct keyword and competitor research
Coordinate with internal team and clients through email and virtual meetings
Create and manage content calendars
Provide administrative support when needed
Requirements:
1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Must be available to work during US business hours
Strong written and spoken English skills
Familiar with tools such as:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager
Canva or similar graphic tools
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
Project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, or Asana)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
