What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain financial systems.
- Plan, direct, and control accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained in line with standard practices.
- Establish budgets, forecast future cash flows, and conduct periodic financial analysis.
- Monitor budget performance and control expenditures.
- Manage invoicing procedures and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare monthly reports to analyze business financial health, including:
- Sales reports
- Profit and loss statements
- General ledger entries
- Goods received and issued notes
What we’re looking for
- Proficiency in Accounting Software
- Strong command of Financial Accounting Funds
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Social Welfare Financial Management
Must have experience working with QuickBooks
