Manager Retail Sales And Accounting, Book Keeping

Yaseen Rehman Trading (SME Pvt. Ltd.), based in Anbar, Swabi KPK, is a leading company in the fertilizer industry, dedicated to excellence . We are seeking an On Rotation Manager for Retail Sales and Accounting/Bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of relevant experience to our dynamic team. 4 Days off a month, with food provided at workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee retail sales operations and ensure efficient accounting practices and boost sales.
- Manage bookkeeping, including maintaining financial records and reports.
- Develop sales strategies to enhance customer and dealer engagement and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and manage employees across self-agriculture, retail, and other divisions.
- Provide training and leadership to junior staff.

Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Expert in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Educational Qualification:**
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus. Minimum 5 years experience required.
