I am looking for freshly graduate or 2-3 year of experience.
Must have skills: must be excellent in excel and pdf editing. Analytical skill and communication in English skill
It's a work from home job and 6 days a week. Mon - sat. Around 5pm to 3am. (May be readjust as per requirements later)
Scope is included but not limited to
• bid comparison for material, subcontractors, etc..
• Material and contractor follow-ups through email phones
• Excel / ms project work schedule and material schedule.
• Cost analysis
• Drawings boq Quantities take off
• Assisting me to help leg work of communication in finance, credit card billing, tax returns, etc. Daily work issues
• Must have writing and communicating skills to talk to people over the phone in the US for material buying / subcontractor follow-up, etc..
• Working as my personal assistant for follow-ups over phones, email like my travelings schedules, tickets, hotels bookings etc...
• Real estate hunting for lands or homes in the US
I will train him/her as not looking for an experienced but analytical and energetic person.
Will be 1 month to 3 month probation period. Then, review and advise accordingly.
One salary bonus a year.
