Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT/ICT Support Officer to provide end-to-end infrastructure and user support services for all office staff members. This role requires expertise in system administration, client-side configurations, audio/video conferencing support, and coordination with back-office teams for troubleshooting and IT equipment deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User-End Support
Provide comprehensive IT support to all end-users across the organization.
Assist users in resolving hardware and software-related issues.
2. Software & Application Support
Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications.
Ensure successful rollout and patch management for software updates and new projects.
3. System & Hardware Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, printers, scanners, and IP phones.
Handle desktop/laptop driver installations and system setups.
Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
4. Antivirus & Security Support
Deploy and maintain antivirus and malware protection software for all systems.
5. Email & Communication Tools
Set up and troubleshoot email clients for end-users.
Provide IPBX support including configuration and troubleshooting of IP phones.
Assist in setting up and supporting audio/video conferencing equipment.
6. Networking Support
Configure user IDs, client-side LAN settings, and ensure network connectivity.
Liaise with the Network Operations Center (NOC) for resolving LAN/WAN issues.
7. Equipment Deployment & Configuration
Manage deployment of IT infrastructure for new projects and staff.
Handle issuance of new/replacement equipment, user profile creation, and software/email configuration.
8. Internet & Intranet Support
Configure and troubleshoot internet and intranet connectivity.
