Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and documents in a systematic manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication within the team.
