Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer with a stellar portfolio showcasing exceptional logo design, brand identities, print design, mockups, and comprehensive style guides. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a strong understanding of branding principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually stunning designs that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design unique, impactful logos and cohesive brand identities that align with Cigul’s vision and client objectives.
- Create high-quality print designs, including business cards, brochures, packaging, and other collateral.
- Produce professional mockups to showcase designs in real-world applications.
- Craft detailed brand style guides, including typography, color palettes, iconography, and usage guidelines, to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep Cigul’s branding fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or freelancers, if applicable.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related field.
- A top-tier portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, brand identity systems, print design, mockups, and style guides (portfolio submission is mandatory with application).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, user-centric designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio).
