Sales Executive , cold caller and cold emailer:
Demonstrate yourself as an energetic, hard working individual with previous lead generation / appointment setting experience (outbound phone sales experience highly advantageous) for our team.
As an integral part of the team your duties will include but not be limited to:
Working on warm leads provided by marketing
Researching and Identifying Leads
- Use tools like LinkedIn, industry directories, Google Search, Google Maps, CRM Databases, other relevant web search / prospecting tools experience is advantageous
- Analyse market trends and customer profiles to target ideal prospects
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (location, industry, company size, budget etc)
- Build pipeline of new prospects
Outreach and Initial Contact (Outbound Calls)
- Make cold calls and introduce our products services (related to ERP, CRM, CMS, DB, BI, AI, ECommerce, LMS softwares), assess prospect’s interest and qualify leads as per our defined criteria
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and sales reps, Google Calendar navigation and data entry experience essential
- Analyse customer objection handling skills and adjust call strategies to improve results
- Measure and track your own personal call performance, make personal KPI targets
Qualifying Leads
- Asking criteria based key discovery questions to determine prospect needs, budget, level of authority and timeline
- Rate leads and prioritise based on readiness to buy
Data Entry and CRM Management (Salesforce)
- Record all lead interactions on our in-house CRM system, previous CRM experience system knowledge such as Sugar CRM
- Keeping lead data up-to-date, well written and organised for follow-up calls by you and our sales team
Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality or campaign performance
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups
- Share insights about prospect’s needs and objections
- Participate in onlineevents, trainings and brainstorming activities
