You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with travel inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell travel products and services, including flights and hotels.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Process bookings accurately using travel reservation systems.
- Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to sales and call performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or call centre environment; travel industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Passion for travel and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in a travel agency call centre.
- Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong sales and customer-service skills.
