Truck Dispatcher

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Evening/Night Shift)
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 70,000/month + Commission

About the Role:

We are actively hiring skilled Dispatchers to join our growing team focused on the U. S. trucking industry. The dispatcher will be responsible for managing loads, negotiating with brokers, scheduling drivers, and ensuring smooth daily operations for carriers and owner-operators.

Key Responsibilities:

Book loads via load boards and broker contacts

Coordinate and schedule drivers

Maintain communication with drivers throughout their routes

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and carriers

Handle paperwork and ensure accurate data entry

Requirements:

Prior experience in U. S. truck dispatch (preferred but not required)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work U. S. evening/night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)

6 months Truck Dispatch Experience

Freshers with call center experience can apply
