About the Role:
We're seeking a results-driven Referral Marketing Specialist to promote MindPrism AI, an AI-powered emotional wellness assistant. This is a commission-based role ideal for those with experience in affiliate, influencer, or referral marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Promote MindPrism AI using a personal referral code
- Drive conversions to our Pro and TheraPro monthly subscription plans
- Highlight product features and benefits in marketing efforts
- Track performance through our Referrer Dashboard
Compensation & Benefits:
- 25% commission per sale (post Gumroad fees)

Commission Example:
On a $14.99 TheraPro Plan:
After fees (~$2.23), your commission = 25% of ~$12.76 ≈ $3.19 per sale/month
