Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities include:

Identify and approach potential partner organizations (corporates, NGOs, institutions) for daycare setups.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support outreach strategy.
Assist the Business Development Manager in planning and executing growth strategies.
Research and identify new sectors, regions, or organizations where Ubuntu Care can expand its services.
Prepare and deliver professional pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate with program and operations teams to design customized solutions.
Represent Ubuntu Care at meetings, events, and forums as needed.
Prepare documentation for new project opportunities.
Track industry trends, CSR initiatives, and relevant funding programs.
Assist in developing brochures, info decks, and partner briefs.
Contribute to marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new corporate clients.
