About Us:
Qnarlab is a growing digital solutions agency providing web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services to clients globally. Weβre seeking a Business Development Manager to help us expand our global footprint, particularly in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets
β’ Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
β’ Generate high-quality leads through various channels.
β’ Create proposals, business plans, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
β’ Lead negotiations and close deals successfully
β’ Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
β’ Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, design) to deliver quality solutions
β’ Track sales activities and performance using CRM tools
β’ Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
β’ Represent the company in online meetings, networking events, and conferences
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally in a tech/digital agency)
β’ Strong understanding of international markets (Europe, America, Australia)
β’ Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
β’ Ability to create and execute end-to-end sales strategies
β’ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc. )
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ Strong negotiation and presentation skills
β’ Ability to work independently and meet defined targets
β’ Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc. )
β’ Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
β’ Experience in B2B tech sales
β’ Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or SaaS products
β’ Previous experience working with startups or agencies
β’ Understanding of proposal writing and contract negotiation
