What you’ll be doing
The Accountant will perform routine accounting tasks for a real estate company in Gujar Khan, Pakistan. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, executing month-end and year-end close procedures, using and administering accounting software, and performing numeric analysis. This is a full-time, on-site position with an evening shift (1pm to 9pm). Salary: 50,000 PKR per month. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree required. Experience: entry to experienced candidates; 2-3 years relevant experience preferred.
What we’re looking for
- Must-Have:
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
Experience creating financial statements.
Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close.
Strong accounting software user and administration skills.
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills. - Preferred:
Prior experience with accounting software (specific platforms not specified).
2 to 3 years relevant experience preferred.
