Remote Caller / Virtual Assistant - Work From Home 4

We are a U.S.-based healthtech research team looking to hire 3–4 reliable, English-speaking remote callers from Pakistan. The job involves calling clinics and scheduling short phone interviews with doctors and nurses (you will NOT be selling anything).

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. healthcare clinics (scripts provided)
• Speak politely and confidently in English
• Schedule interviews using a shared calendar
• Fill out a basic tracking sheet after each call

Pay Structure:

• $0.80/hour base pay (paid biweekly via Wise or Payoneer)
• $1.00 bonus for every interview scheduled successfully

Work Schedule:

• 30 hours/week (flexible shifts during U.S. working hours: 10am–4pm EST)
