Job Description
Sherman Securities, a trusted name in Pakistan's capital markets for over a decade, is looking for an energetic Tele Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting our investment services, and ensuring exceptional customer service to strengthen long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Sherman Securities' products and services
- Handle inbound calls and address client queries related to accounts, trading platforms, and investment services
- Explain product and service features, benefits, and processes in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage account activity and repeat business
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with research, trading, and operations teams for smooth client service
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service targets
What We're Looking For
- 13 years' experience in telesales, customer support, or call center roles (brokerage/finance sector experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally and close sales
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Positive, client-focused attitude with the ability to work under pressure
