Order Confirmation Representative 3

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Confirmation Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to confirm their orders placed through our e-commerce platform. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, reducing cancellations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to confirm their online orders.

Verify customer details and order information to ensure accuracy.

Address customer queries regarding products, payment, or delivery.

Update order status and maintain accurate records in the system.

Coordinate with the operations and delivery team for smooth order processing.

Provide professional and courteous communication at all times.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
