- Oversee and coordinate nightly dispatch operations
- Assign loads to drivers and manage delivery schedules
- Communicate with drivers to provide updates and address concerns
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and billing
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize routes and loads
