We are looking for an On Rotation Chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position is essential in ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences, focusing on local flavors and traditional recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create a variety of dishes as per the menu and seasonal availability.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure efficient rotation of stock and minimize waste.
