Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Hizli Industries as a Business Development & Marketing Assistant. This role will involve generating new leads, managing Alibaba activities, supporting outreach campaigns, and assisting with marketing operations. The candidate will also receive training in essential tools like Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office to strengthen their skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Send cold messages to potential clients via relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, etc.).
Research and prepare a lead sheet of major clothing stores and potential buyers in the USA.
Draft and send professional email campaigns to prospective clients.
Alibaba Management
Monitor Alibaba platform daily for new inquiries and RFQs.
Submit professional RFQ responses on behalf of Hizli Industries.
Maintain clear communication records with potential buyers.
Marketing & Branding
Manage and update Hizli Industries social media accounts (posting reels, product images, and stories).
Assist in preparing basic design edits using Photoshop (product presentation, promotional images).
Administration & Reporting
Maintain Excel sheets for lead tracking, RFQs, and follow-ups.
Prepare weekly reports summarizing outreach, inquiries, and marketing activities.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks assigned by management.
Learning & Development
The candidate will be trained to:
Use Photoshop for product and marketing visuals.
Work on Excel & Microsoft Office for data handling and reporting.
Improve communication and negotiation skills for B2B sales.
Understand the workflow of an export business, including sampling, production, and order management.
Requirements
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet Research).
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
