Responsibilities:
- Engage customers effectively over the phone to provide outstanding support and service
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on client satisfaction
- Generate sales and assist clients with their inquiries and issues
- Document all interactions in our systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven expertise in sales and customer handling
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
