Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during examinations.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive medical records.
- Assist with the transcription of notes and reports, maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage and organize patient charts and information within the electronic health record system.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
